Daniel E. Garcia, LMT, ART, SFMA, CES(NASM), CKTP, had a goal of providing a remarkably unique service centered on rapid treatment for sports injuries and musculoskeletal aches/pains and most importantly truly teaching clients about their condition and how to treat themselves to reduce their need for future care. Through palpation, manual therapy and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization; Daniel is able to problem solve, strategize, and use specific therapeutic protocols that rapidly resolve conditions with movement and results based, elite-level musculoskeletal care.
For the past 21 years Daniel has provided care in the DFW Metropolitan area; treating a variety of musculoskeletal disorders using various soft-tissue techniques. Daniel is a proficient Master ART Provider, Biomechanics Performance Care Certified, and Nerve Entrapment Certified, Complex Protocols & Active Palpation with SFMA Specialist. Daniel is also a part of Active Release Techniques Elite Provider Network(EPN), which qualifies him as one of the most elite ART providers in the DFW area. In addition, Daniel is also a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner as well as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Daniel has treated professional athletes Nationwide; such as PGA tour golfers, various collegiate and top-ranking high school athletes, and Body Building Champions. He is proficient in pre and post-surgical treatments along with chronic care patients using soft-tissue modalities to improve their function and mobility. Daniel has been a part of Southern Methodist University’s Sports Medicine department for the past 12 years dealing with all musculoskeletal sports injuries and recovery associated with all teams. He also works with EXOS, a sports agency dealing with athletic development and recovery for the past 3 years.
Daniel brings a wide variety of experience from working with professional athletes to elderly patients. He strives not to only fix injuries but to improve performance, activities of daily living and function.

Rammell Nwaokai MS, CSCS, LMT, ART, PES, CES, FMT, MCT, FAKTR; completed his Master of Science in Kinesiology from California University of Pennsylvania, his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University, and his Associates of Science from Kishwaukee College; where he played collegiate basketball before commissioning in the US Army.
Rammell’s innovative approach and devotion to pursuing and communicating on the most credible and effective soft tissue treatments have resulted in several relationships with medical and healthcare providers throughout the country. Building upon his strong belief in continuing education and a multidisciplinary approach, he became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) through Parker University and graduated with honors.
He holds certifications with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES); credentials both endorsed by the exclusive National Basketball Athletic Trainers’ Association and grounded in evidence-based science.
In manual therapy he is an Advanced RocDoc Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) Practitioner with Rock Tape, Functional and Kinetic Therapy with Rehab (FAKTR) instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), Cupping Massage Therapy, Active Release Techniques (ART), Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching (PNF), and is a Myofascial Compression Therapist (MCT) through the world renowned Trigger Point Therapy Company.

Anna Ricci, LAT, FST is a Licensed Athletic Trainer who understands the physical demands of sports. She attained her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training at The University of Texas at Arlington and completed several clinical rotations in sports medicine alongside sports medicine physicians, chiropractors, physical therapist, and athletic trainers. In addition, Anna completed courses through the postural restoration institute (PRI); a specialized course for chiropractors, physical therapist, athletic trainers, and strength & conditioning coaches, who specialize in physical medicine. She further continued her knowledge of movement dysfunctions and sports medicine by attending the Stretch to Win Institute in Tempe, Arizona to become a level III fascial stretch therapist; credentialing her as an elite level stretch therapist in the DFW area.
Using an integrated approach Anna specializes in the assessment and restoration of movement that has been lost, is painful and/or weak throughout the body. She uses Fascial Stretch Therapy and corrective exercises to improve client’s loss of mobility or stability, and collaborates with clients to educate and implement a comprehensive plan to optimize participation in athletics, work and life.
Anna has been an athlete participating in high school basketball, softball, and cross country. She competed in collegiate rowing, triathlons, Women’s Tri-Fitness Competitions, and CrossFit competitions. Having suffered her share of injuries, Anna understands the importance of an integrated approach to training, rehabilitation, and recovery, which she educates athletes’ during recovery sessions at EXOS; a sports performance facility dealing with athletic development and recovery, alongside Daniel and Mel.
